PET, APOE & Preclinical Course of Alzheimer Disease

This subcontract will provide quantitative measurements of volumes of the hippocampus and entorhinal cortex based on MRI to determine atrophy changes over time. The entorhinal cortex will be traced manually and hippocampus will be outlined using semi-automated software. Volume values of entorhinal cortex and hippocampus will be provided for each MRI scan. In addition, information from semi-automated tracing of hippocampus will be made available that allows to determine shape changes.
