Projects
- Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) detecting white matter alternation of the cingulum fibers and corpus callosal fibers in cognitive normal controls, mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer’s disease.
- Fiber tracking and voxel-based DTI studies of white matter integrity in Normal Aging, and APOE allele carriers at high-field (4 Tesla) MRI.
- Change of white matter fiber integrity in prediction of cognitive decline.
- DTI studies of Parkinson’s disease, Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD) and other neurodegenerative diseases.
- Application of diffusion tensor tractography using diffusion spectrum magnetic resonance imaging (DSI) technique.
