Projects

  1. Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) detecting white matter alternation of the cingulum fibers and corpus callosal fibers in cognitive normal controls, mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer’s disease.
  2. Fiber tracking and voxel-based DTI studies of white matter integrity in Normal Aging, and APOE allele carriers at high-field (4 Tesla) MRI.
  3. Change of white matter fiber integrity in prediction of cognitive decline.
  4. DTI studies of Parkinson’s disease, Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD) and other neurodegenerative diseases.
  5. Application of diffusion tensor tractography using diffusion spectrum magnetic resonance imaging (DSI) technique.
